Known for his remarkable career, Graham started with the New Orleans Saints as a third-round draft pick in 2010. Over five seasons with the Saints, he recorded 386 receptions for 4,752 yards and 51 touchdowns. His career also included successful stints with the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago Bears, before returning to the Saints in 2023 for his final games.

Throughout his NFL tenure, Graham amassed a total of 719 catches for 8,545 yards and 89 touchdowns, making him the 16th overall in career touchdown receptions and fourth among tight ends. Although retired from the field, Graham remains active, recently participating in a record-setting Arctic Circle rowing expedition.
