Pete Carroll brings Jamal Adams to Las Vegas Raiders roster
Jamal Adams, former Seattle Seahawks safety and three-time All-Pro, has signed with the Las Vegas Raiders, reuniting with coach Pete Carroll. Adams, who played under Carroll in Seattle from 2020 to 2023, struggled with injuries during his tenure with the Seahawks but shined in his first season with a record-setting 9.5 sacks as a defensive back.

After being released by Seattle in March 2024, Adams had brief stints with the Tennessee Titans and Detroit Lions. Now, joining Carroll in Las Vegas, Adams adds depth to the Raiders’ secondary, competing for a roster spot alongside Jeremy Chinn and Isaiah Pola-Mao. The Raiders are set to face the Seahawks in a preseason game at Lumen Field on August 7.
