Experience WWE Crown Jewel 2025: First Event in Australia
WWE Crown Jewel 2025 took place on Saturday, October 11, at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, marking the event’s first appearance outside Saudi Arabia. The show featured the Crown Jewel championship titles for both men and women, as well as high-profile matches involving some of WWE’s biggest superstars.

In the men’s main event, Cody Rhodes, the reigning SmackDown Undisputed WWE Champion, defended his title against Raw’s World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins. For the women, Raw Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer faced SmackDown’s WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship.

The event also featured a marquee match as John Cena continued his retirement tour by facing long-time rival AJ Styles. Another highlight was the Australian Street Fight between Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed, bringing local flavor to the international spectacle.

In the tag team division, former women’s world champions Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley joined forces against The Kabuki Warriors, Asuka and Kairi Sane.

The 2025 card was stacked with championship implications and personal rivalries. For fans in the United States, the event started at 8 a.m. ET, with pre-show coverage beginning at 6 a.m., streaming exclusively on ESPN Unlimited. This year’s Crown Jewel highlighted the global reach of WWE, with its debut in Australia and a lineup featuring top stars from both Raw and SmackDown.

Since its inception in 2018, WWE Crown Jewel has become a major fixture on the wrestling calendar. With the addition of the Crown Jewel titles last year, the event now regularly features championship showdowns between the top men’s and women’s champions from both brands. Looking ahead, the successful staging in Perth may pave the way for more international editions of Crown Jewel, continuing to expand WWE’s global presence.
